FAQ Shipping
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ONLINE ORDER?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. But please understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We are darn close, but we aren't perfect.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
We can ship our products, including our bicycles and tricycles both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. We can usually ship anywhere in Canada in about 2-10 business days and to the US in a similar timeframe (assuming there aren't any hold-ups at the border).
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vamoose Electric Cycle Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Vamoose has a range of distributors across Canada and each provides in-store pick-up options as well as delivery. Please check with your local dealer for delivery options.
However, if you do not have a Vamoose dealer in your local region, please feel free to contact us directly and we will work to get delivery options to you.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@vamoosecycle.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
In most cases, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you wish to do so, please contact us directly at 587.991.2133.
