Warranty Page
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our e-bikes. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, which is why we offer a limited warranty on all our products.
Bike Index
We recommend registering with Bike Index!
Bike Index is the most widely used and successful bicycle registration service in the world. A universal registration service — the Bike Index database is used and searched by individuals, bike shops, police departments, and other apps. Bike Index gives you the ability to register and hopefully recover your bicycle in the event of a theft.
VAMOOSE E-Bike Registration & Stolen Bike Policy
At Vamoose, we want to help protect your bike and make sure our registration system is fair and secure.
1. Registering Your Bike
- Each e-bike’s serial number can only be registered to one owner.
- We may ask for a receipt or proof of purchase if there’s ever a question about ownership.
2. If Your Bike is Stolen
- Let us know right away so we can flag your serial number as “stolen.”
- We’ll advise you to file or update a police report and suggest adding your bike to a public theft registry (like 529 Garage or Bike Index).
3. If Someone Else Registers Your Serial Number
- If a registration attempt is made on a bike that’s already flagged as stolen, we’ll pause the registration.
- The new registrant will be asked for proof of purchase before we allow the bike to be registered in their name.
- While ownership is in question, we won’t provide warranty or service until things are sorted out.
4. Our Role
- We don’t decide who legally owns a bike — that’s for you and, if necessary, law enforcement to determine.
- What we can do is keep our records accurate, prevent fraud, and support authorities if they ask us for information.
5. Our Commitment
We’re committed to protecting our riders and keeping stolen bikes out of circulation. Thank you for registering your bike with us and helping us maintain a trustworthy system.
